Honda CG125 old but reliable, MOT has expired, Tax still in date

Bike I used to pass my test a few years back. after passing a friend then used to bike to get his last summer. The MOT expired in September 2014. I was planning to get in MOT'd prior to sale but a new baby has meant ive run out of time and just want the space back. It had a full service and new tyres prior to its last MOT (sept 2013). it had one advisory on the MOT which was for slightly leaky fork oil seals. this has not got any worse but has not been fixed either. The bike has sat in my garage for 6 months therefore i would expect the carb will need a clean and the valve clearance checking prior to use. both of these are very easy jobs and I will include the Haynes manual with the sale. This has been a great bile to both me and my fried. absolutely bomb proof! I now have a CBR600 so dont have much use for the 125. I have given it a couple of kicks and it wouldnt start. this is not surprising as the fuel is 8 months old and the battery is dead. Please note I have just checked and the tax and it has expired in July 2014. apologies for the misleading title. my friend who has been using the bike said it was still in date. Unfortunately eBay will not let me modify the title of the listing.
