1970 Husqvarna 250 Cross

-NOTE- Due to eBay's inability to control their zero feedback buyer 'cancer' plaguing their site, have had to resort toan immediate deposit due upon hitting the buy it now. This is the only way to discourage the thousands of ebay loonies from hitting buy it now and then think it's funny to just vanish on their purchase obligation. 1970 Husqvarna 250 Cross- This is a correct numbered and great running 250 Cross. Totally original other than an excellent condition Hooker Headers racing pipe. Trelleborg T544 tires are in excellent condition, riginal Akront rims excellent, riginal steel & aluminum fenders are quite nice (front has a small crack), riginal airbox with new Uni-filter. Original shrouded Girling shocks still dampen, s do front forks. Original grey oiler cables, ront fender bracket, arly bend original Husky handlebars. Bike runsextremely well with a Mikuni carb upgrade, ut theoriginal Bing carb is included for anyone wanting to go back to 100% original. All orig. Magura controls, ll chain guides & chain guards. The only New items on bike are new chain, ew grips, nd new air filter element, therwise this bike is remarkably correct. Has OEM Husky number plates (not reproduction) with Husky part numbers on back side. Original tankis off of a 400 Cross but does still have it's original paint, ith some vintage stickers camoflauging a few dings. NO RUST at all inside tank. Itis really getting harder to find 4-speed Huskies in this kind of shape any more. NOTE: I did a VIN check with Vintage Viking's records, nd all available info says this bike MH-3820 was sold new to Robbins Sport Cycle in Pontiac, I and was then used on the trade show circuit to promote Husky sales prior to being released for public sale. I purchased this bike out of thePontiacarea where it had obviously lived it's whole life, nd then I had a minor cosmetic resto performed. ORIGINAL EDISON DYE MED INTERNATIONAL PAPERWORK INCLUDED IN SALE.
