A Unique Opportunity, ur 1927 Indian ScoutThis 1927 Scout is purported to have a unique history having left the factory for use in public service by the State of Maine. The original government olive green finish still stands today on this unmolested cycle yet upon close inspection you can detect that this Scout could have been commissioned by the State at the factory. While spending most of its life in the Pine Tree State it at one time was auctioned at the Owls Head Transportation Museum spending several years in nearby Massachusetts before coming to New Hampshire. It features both the customary magneto more typical of non civilian cycles along with the factory generator. There are also numerous other options to include the optional tandem seat, ront license plate bracket, peedometer and more. It is unmolested in every aspect yet ran perfectly before being placed in static display in our collection.
