1976 Kawasaki KZ900 LTD One Owner

The KZ900 LTD was a one year only, imited production motorcycle with only around 5000 that were produced. Thisbike has had only one owner since new and has obviously been well cared for. The majority of the 21,000 miles that are on it were put on from 1976 until 1981 with only around 500 miles put in since. In 1981 it was put into long term storage intentionally. At this time all fluids were drained, ylinders fogged, etailed, nd then put on astand where it sat until 2014. Because of the proper storage the "resurrection" was quite painless. The only things that were addressed were making sure the carburetors were clean and a rebuild of the front master cylinder. Due to age, he tires were replaced. One amazing attribute is the fact that all of the red paint is factory original with no fading. It has never been left out in the elements longer than an afternoon here and there. All of the chrome add-ons were put on by the dealer in 1976. The seat does have a small seam separation on the left side that can be seen in the pictures. There is also some slight corrosion on the swing arm under the batter tray. With these two things addressed you will have a show quality motorcycle for a survivor.Remember they are only original once.
