Kawasaki KZ650 chop

Currently not running. Here is the run down. It was running with excess petrol vapour on one exhaust. I have put a new points set on it and cant get it to start of the ignition (ignition is dead) therefore I cannot set up the points. The wiring is not to clever I would suggest a re-wire. the good bits are it has t bars. custom light. rand new fat bob tank. brand new taylor leads and plugs. Harley skull petrol caps. after burner rear lights. I just don't have the time to sort it out and I don't think it would be to much for someone in the know.
