1975 Norton 850 Commando MKIII

Sadly, cannot justify keeping this. It's the nicest, ost functional British bike I have ever ridden but I have other motorcycles, long with bills, o I cannot keep it. 1975 was the first year of the MKIII, he only version of the Commando to come with electric start, eft side shift, nd right side rear brake. The MKIII is also by many accounts the most refined of classic British motorcycles. This example is no exception. The Commando will easily pass a safety inspection with working blinkers, igh and low beams, orn, ail light, rake light, ood brakes, nd nice tires. The electric start works flawlessly and the single Mikuni carburetor which has replaced the antiquated and unreliable dual Amals ensures easy starting and smooth running. It's ajoy to ride and gets attention everywhere you go. The numbers on the frame, ngine, nd transmission all match. Bothgauges work withthe odometer reading 12736 miles. I also have a 1975 Utah MC license plate that could be negotiated into the deal and can be used as the actual, egal plate in Utah if desired.
