Vintage V?loSoleX S 3800 collection Brighton

This vintage V?loSoleX S 3800 belonged to my late father. It is taxed as an Historic Vehicle therefore pays no road tax. I don't know much about it other than it has been sitting in the garage since the MOT expired in June 2014. It may therefore need some persuasion to get it started for the first time though I believe it was working ok until it was stored in the garage. Please check the condition in the many photos.
