1977 Velosolex Moped

If you are looking at this you most likely know more about these than I do. I got this at a estate sale in Missoula Montana. I did some research and think it is a 1972 velosolex4600 . Well I cleaned the fuel system after checking compression and spark. rode it down the road then lowered the engine onto the tire. It started up and I was going down the road. The tail light was on but no other lights came on. I check the bulbs both head and tail light bulbs are good. I think it is the brake light that is working and the light and horn switch on the bars are not making contact. At least the lighting coil is good. Also there are some wire splices so that might be the problem. The brakes are good. the paint and seat are good for as old as it is. I have no experience with these. I would like to have it go to someone who wants it. Feel free to ask questions and will answer the best I can. Thanks
