1980 Maico MC 250 . I restored this Maico in 08 and have only used for several practice rides and 3 consecutive race meetings at Vets Mxdn Farleigh castle . last used at the 2013 event and sat in garage since . Now selling to fund another evo bike.
New rear tyre . Magura levers . Renthal bars . Good Talon sprockets
R. K chain . Replaced all plastics with new when restored including tank and are still in very good condition . /p>
RPM rear shocks with uprated WP shims just serviced . Gasser throttle . Modified longer foot pegs
Stainless steel chain guide . modified rear brake lever (pivot bearing instead of bush)
New kickstart ratchet gear just fitted . Modern HPi ignition .
Bad bits : Forks are pitted but only in between yokes (see photo) . exhaust has a few welding repairs.
Can be viewed near Junc 20 M25. Cash on collection .
