His attention to detail. his complete and utter stubborness to let anything that basically isn't perfect leave the workshop. is what has made this bike BETTER than when it rolled out of the factory 40 years ago!!!Then there is me. So why. oh why are we selling . we are not a business. its just 2 blokes who wanted to help keep these awesome bikes alive and running for another 40 years. It is a labour of love. To see the end product has given us more pleasure than you can imagine. It has been a totally awesome journey. 14 months to complete. So we are selling because strangely. we actually want to do it again. The expense. the 100's of man hours. the late nights. the highs the lows. I think maybe we're crazy. but you cant help doing what you love. This shows in the bike. it is truly awesome. So come and have a look at her. Bring a mechanic. bring the AA. bring whoever you like :) One thing we do insist on is that if you want to test ride. that you have the money to cover it there and then. We would hate to see her dropped and lose it all. Cash on pickup. A deposit of £500 is required to hold the vehicle for a reasonable time. In Summary - Basically. the engine has been stripped down completely and rebuilt with new parts. All mechanical parts that fit to the bike have been stripped down. overhauled and replaced where needed. The frame has been stripped down and painted. All paint is new. All chrome is new. All rubber is new. The bike will be sold with the correct paperwork for you to be registered as the owner. It is from the US and the NOVA (import and tax paid documents are there and correct). So all you need to do is send the paperwork we give you to the DVLA and bobs your uncle. they will give you an age related plate. Get her insured and enjoy her.
