This auction is for a 1979 GS 550 Suzuki that my Son has up until recently been riding. The engine blew while out riding on it last month. since then I have fitted a new engine from another GS 550. but due to the carbs being a different size and fit I have not been able to get the bike running right. The bike is fitted with twin disc brakes on the front and it is still MOT'd. For spares or repairs only. it would be an excellent project for someone to do up as an original as I have included the original engine in the auction. I have other GS 550 parts that I will be putting on eBay over the next few weeks so feel free to check out my other listings. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
