Runs great. sounds and looks superb. I have not seen many out there to compare.

MOT & Tax ran out end of Sept' 14. l have declared it SORN.

I will put 12 months MOT on for the winning bidder.

The bike was off the road in a collection for some 15 years ?ˆ“ hence the low mileage ?ˆ“ until recommissioned for the road in 2009. Receipts for this work £1117. 68. When time comes for me to sell a bike l always want to find out as much history as l can to pass on to any potential bidder/new owner. l was able to contact the owner at that time from his details on the receipt. He was able to verify years in collection & early history.

Conversion to Mk1 lookalike was recent 18/07/14. I had not intended this as I think the Mk11 is unique in itself and I did not subscribe to the option that the Mk1 is the better - until I had the conversion done that is.

Unfortunately I dropped the bike at a classic show trying to get it onto its side stand sustaining some slight and superficial damage to the fairing. As I knew I would be selling it. I thought - rightly or wrongly ?ˆ“ that the greater need out amongst the Le Mans 'wanters' who could not afford a Mk1 was a Mk1 lookalike. I must say I have enjoyed riding the bike a lot more without the fairing and I also. surprisingly. think it has improved the look of the bike.

I have all relevant parts to return to Mk11. some slight damage to fairing and a new screen is required.

Work done at NBS. Whilst there it had all oils and oil filter changed. tappets adjusted and carbs balanced and set.

Selling this and my other bikes as I now struggle to ride given my many ailments. I will sorely miss this beauty but got to keep her indoors happy. Going from a two wheeled plaything back to a two legged plaything - a rides a ride anyway you view it.

the 'blemishes'

1) 1" line discolouration to top of o/s side side panel - barely noticeable.

2) very tiny prick to paintwork on front mudguard bracket - again can't really be seen.

3) more obvious the chrome coming off head of bolt on top yoke.

being picky - you have to look for it to notice. the horn is tatty

l have sent out photos of these as requested. l can send them to you also however the marks are so insignificant as to be virtually impossible to see.
