Turns over but lacks power...
The bike is substantially (95%) complete: tank was repainted, ew (retro) speedo, issing tank pads and heat shield on pipes
New tires and tuned up 2013
Have owners, hop and parts manuals
Have pink slip and current non-op CA reg
Have original CA black and yellow plate (tried to get it released but DMV thinks its been reassinged??)
