1968 Triumph 650 Bonneville Matching Numbers Project

This poor old1968 Triumph Bonneville was wrecked many years ago and then rolled under a deck, rapped in a tarp and forgot about. Engine number and frame number match. Engine is stuck from sitting and has a chip out of the left case where it joins the primary. I am including an extra case to cut a piece out for repair. Bike does roll and front brake does work. THERE IS NO TITLE and the miles are unknown. I bought this intending on parting it out but matching numbers 68 Bonnevilles are getting hard to find so I thought that I would give it a try as a whole bike. If it doesn't sell, will eventually part it out. Look closely at the pictures, sk questions and request any extra pictures before bidding. Bike is located near Martinsville, irginia and bidders are welcome to come see the bike in person. The buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements and cost but I will help load. A $500 deposit must be made within 48 hours of purchase and balance must be paid in cash, ostal money order, ank cashiers check or bank transfer within 5 days.
