1979 TT500 Yamaha

I am selling my 1979 TT500 vintage racer due to financial concerns. It�s the one I won a national 4-stroke. 9 inch travel vintage class championship on so it has some emotional ties for me. It�s also a great trail bike. will pretty much thump up anything. and is low enough to be a lot fun. Plus. it dirt tracks fire roads like nobodies business! it has about $8K in it. but I will let it go to the highest bid. Some information about it: 1979 frame. polished and nickel plated. 1979 engine. freshly built by Bruce Sass. only started once since. 10. 5:1 piston. 38mm Mikuni carb. ported and polished. stock cam and valves. "Flow" pipe and muffler. best for all over power. 1979 YZ400 front end. fresh seals. 9 inch+ travel. valved and sprung by Bruce Sass. Performance shocks. (one spare) Suspension set for a 180 pound expert racer. Swingarm custom made by combining a Pro Fab front with a Suzuki RM370 rear. 9 inch travel. very stout and trick. Wont crack again like the Profabs do. YZ450 fenders. New stock tank. freshly painted. YZ450 clutch perch and lever. Magura ? turn throttle and front brake perch. XT500 front brake (bigger and better than TT�s were). Acerbis chain guide. New Michelin Starcrosser tires. Expert 4X9 national vintage motocross class winner. and built by a pro.
