Here's a nice clean vintage SC500 Yamaha motocrosser. VIN # 363 003800. frame and engine numbers match. The 73 SC500 was Yamaha's very first attempt at a 500cc motocrosser. It was a brutal bike. explosive 2 stroke power pure and simple. This bike had been in a private collection for the past 25+ yrs. It's clear. this was a low use bike. The frame has been repainted along with the rear fender years back and never ridden. Take a close look at the pics. rims/spokes/shocks in exceptional condition. seat perfect and original. Tank clean and nice shape for such an old weapon. Looks like front tire is original. . pretty low actual use. This is a running bike. Carb has been thoroughly cleaned. petcock and tank cleaned. new Unifilter air filter. Fresh gear lube.
