1962 BSA A10 - To ride or restore

This is a nice 1962 BSA A10.  Warning:  It is not a show winner.

Needs a little TLC to bring it to original.  This is a very nice project bike that could be relatively cheap to restore.   What the bike does need are all simple fixes.

Current issues (not nescessarily a comprehensive list):  Tank has a few dimples.  Front fender stay not correct.  Tank badges are incorrect.  Knee grips too old.  Seat is silly.  Newer speedo.  7" hub should be 8".  Rear foot rests are wrong.  Wrong lifting handle.  Wrong rear brake pedal.

Paint is okay but has imperfections. nicks etc.

The rest of it is very decent.

The bike starts. runs and sounds very nice.

Bottom end was rebuilt somewhat recently.

This bike is a great opportunity to have a rider that you could love and cherish while you bring it back to its glory days with some attention to detail.

For sale in the showroom for ?3. 50.  The reserve is a bit lower.

It is your responsibility to arrange pickup and delivery of the bike.   We recommend www. chasmortimer. co. uk for shipment within Europe.  To the U. K. is usually ~?400.  In certain circumstances you can contact us about crating the bike for shipment outside of Europe.

VAT is paid for within the EU and you will have no problems with registration.   If you reside outside the EU please check with your customs office concerning VAT and other fees or taxes.

Payment for bikes is by bank transfer only. and we expect you to pay as soon as possible.   (Cash in DKK is the exception)
