BSA Bantam based trail bike project - and job lot of spares

BSA Bantam trail bike - unfinished project. Please note this listing is part of a job lot. this is part one. there is another listing which includes the rest of the lot. You are bidding on both lots as this bike and the other listing are to be sold as one. It's just that each lisitng has a maximum of 12 images. This project has been forced to stop due to a change in personal circumstances and the imminent loss of space and facilities. Dry build 99% complete. only the coil mounting bracket to be fitted and the exhaust system from the header to the included Sammy Miller alloy silencer. which was to be designed bespoke by Alldens Engineering. I have a full photographic log of all the works which has taken place which can be had on a disc or via e-mail. There is a V5C of three numbers and three letters. Hubs are Honda. they have been scalloped and polished and the alloy wheel rims built by Wyldes of Leeds. The forks are also Honda. the stanchions have been hard chrome plated by Phillpots. The sliders have been polished. the torque arm for the front is bespoke alloy. The shocks are brand new NJB. The chain and sprocket are brand new. the sprocket drilled by Dave Flintoft Engineering. Carburettor has been ultra sonically cleaned by CC Carbs. Tyres are 21 front. 18 back and brand new. Engine plates are bespoke alloy. All bolts and studs have been drilled through. all nuts have been countersunk. Top yoke is bespoke alloy. Engine has been completely overhauled with new seals and bearings. Big end is good. Barrel has been taken out to accept Suzuki 185cc piston and ported by Fahron Engineering.  Head is a brand new Fahron Todd replica with central plug. Ignition is Rex Caunt crank mounted self generating job. Bespoke saddle covered by PP Seating. Renthal bars have had their anodised finished polished back to bare alloy. Still to be doneClutch. brake and throttle cables - and speedo (plus clock) if required. Coil mountings. Fuel tapsBespoke exhaust to mate up header with silencer. Brake fittings to be chrome plated - they've already been polished ready. Likewise kickstart - not shown as being mated up with folding option at the time of images. One or two studs to be remade as miscalculation on length has resulted in those made being just too short. New rear wheel adjusters are also availableOther than that it's just polishing the mudguards. hortening a few bolts here and there. painting the fuel tank and frame.
