Description

The story on the bike is this. I won it and a 1976 TNT 175at an estate auction where the original owner passed away. I have the (old original) Colorado title and all the legal paperwork to title the bike in your name if you wish to do so. I was not sure on which bike to restore at the time so decided to see if I could get both of them running and then decide. I spent a bunch of hours on both bikes and got both to run pretty nicely. I took them both down the road to make sure all gears work etc and they do. All lights worked as well.

I decided to restore the Qualifier and the end result is the photo's you see. Look them over closely. May be one of the nicest Qualifiers in the world as there are not that many out there like this. Everything was either polished, ainted, owder coated or highly detailed. Many new parts were purchased including graphics. Engine only has 2303 miles and ran great. Sounds very tight. Oil injection works fine. Carburetor was meticulously re-done. Everything on the bike was gone over. After the restore, did not put fuel or any oils back into the tanks. That can be up to the new owner. I did not want to take a chance on any tank graphics bubbling due to fumes. Tank is not perfect. I spent easily over 10 hours of labor wet sanding and buffing. It turned out very nice but there are some area's around the gas cap that were stained from fuel spills years ago that would just not come completely out. Stains in plastic are super hard to remove if they go much past the surface. It is what it is and there are very few if any restored tanks to purchase. Just wanted to mention that.

Buyer must arrange all shipping and folks usually use U-ship. I cannot crate the bike. There are shippers out there that mainly transport bikes across country and do not want them crated. They pull a trailer behind a dually and tie down bikes right next to one another. A crate only takes up that much more room. Bike will be shipped with NO fluids.

Ask questions. If youneed more photos let me know. This bike is ready for shows, ideor display in your living room (my wife would not let me)
