CB750 DOHC 1979

Years in the making this CB750K DOHC has undergone complete ground up restoration/modification. The frame has been stiffened and professionally welded and powder coated with a candy red. Steering head bearings replaced with All Balls tapered bearings. Seat cowl is a rare "Roman Helmet" styled piece. Both tank and seat are professionally painted gun metal with matte black accents in the knee dents and as number plates in the cowl. The seat is also professionally upholstered. Engine has new gasket set with polished case covers. Carburetors are jetted for the chrome 4 into 1 exhaust with competition baffle and K&N filter. Stock air box has been retained. Carburetor tops are likewise polished. Engine case covers are fastened with polished stainless hex head cap screws. Valve cover has NOS fasteners. Adjustable rear sets are custom made from machined billet aluminum. Swing arm has been professionally machined to accept tapered roller bearings replacing the stock plastic bushings. Rear shocks are CB900 adjustable Showa reservoir type with replacement springs. Front forks are polished shortened by 2" and rebuilt using Progressive springs. Clip on bars are billet aluminum. Wheels have been rebuilt/re-laced and hubs polished and painted. Instrument panel is custom fabricated with custom indicator lights. Tachometer is NOS and power is through a Ballistic Lithium Iron 8 cell unit.The cb750 on a sunny day in May. Headed out to the Suzuki Demo Ride!
