Description

NOTE: I will be gone and without internet access for the last 4 (four) days of the auction so won’t see any email messages you send during that time. Ask your questions early.

This auction is for a 1982 Honda CB450SC with 16952 miles. It is a complete bike with all parts factory original and nothing missing or broken. There is nothing wrong (that I know of) with the bike; I just don’t ride it enough anymore to justify keeping it.

It starts runs rides and brakes just the way it should. The 450 engine is a nice size because you can make that 150 mile blacktop back road cruiser ride just fine or snap around the city streets running errands with ease. Maintenance is low and it’s easy to store in the garage.

It comes with a Battery Tender attached which I’ve always had on when not riding. It’s never spent a night (while I’ve owned it) outside the garage and never ridden (while I’ve owned it) in the rain. Tires are good the seat is super comfortable and the factory mega-mufflers have a smooth sound.

The bike is 33 years old so the paint shows some fading and wear. There is a “V” dent in the left side of the tank (see photo). Some of the chrome has some light scratches. Nothing is bad; just normal use-wear for a bike that’s been ridden enjoyed and received rider-care maintenance.

This is a No Reserve auction so the high bidder is the new owner of this bike. DO NOT BID if you do not intend to uphold your end of the sale by paying and picking up the bike. Look at my feedback. I treat my buyers well and expect the same courtesy from anyone that bids on my items.

The title is clear and in my name so transfer is immediate and without problems. I make no warranty claims or promises on it but everything I wrote above is true and honest. It’s a nice bike.

Payment and pickup are expected within 7 (seven) days of the end of the auction. You can pay me in two ways; cash (when you pick it up) or a Cashier’s Check (drawn on a major American bank). I can be a little flexible on the pickup end of the deal but payment must occur in the 7 (seven) days after the auction ends.
