CLASSIC SUZUKI COBRA T500 FROM 1968. MUST BE SEEN

For sale is a very rare and genuine 1968 Suzuki Cobra T500. and not to be confused with the later Titan that was introduced in 1969. This example is in near concourse condition. having spent most of it's life 'show-cased' in a private collection in America. and was subsequently imported to Eire in 2006 by an importation company. (I have the Form RF100 to go with bike. as it's pre-NOVA). The bike then moved on to a friend of mine. in north England. and finally to me. about 2 years ago. as part of a swap !The attention to detail with this example. genuinely reflects a 'factory fresh' bike. even down to the genuine 'as new'  hand-pump. which can be seen in the last photo. Everything about the bike gleams. and would compliment any collection. Obviously. the tyres are not genuine. and are new replacements. The photos fail to capture how good this bike is. On a more sombre note. the only issue with the bike. is a weak kick-start return spring. which does not impede it's use. The bike is an easy starter. with full compression (crank seals in perfect order) and all electrics function as they should. The battery will need replaced. as this was removed over the winter months. and has since depleted beyond serviceable use. The bike is not. as yet. registered for UK roads. as I had no intention of ever using it. and is now for sale to make way for something else. of more interest to me.
