72 H2 750 Kawasaki, low mile, low vin

72 H2 750, nbsp;it has fairly low miles at only 6953 miles on the clock, vin# pretty low as well, H2F-06683 and engine # H2E-06681, only 2 digits apart, I believe it to be totally complete minus the tool kit and plug holder, I have the side cover that is not in the pictures and condition is par to other side cover, have the original title from when purchased new. Bike isn't running, engine kicks over good with good compression but carbs are frozen, nbsp;I didn't try to free them, bike is just as I got it off the original owner. It was parked in his basement in the late 70's and sat there till 3 years ago when he moved to a warmer climate. Pictures should describe condition pretty well, ask any questions needed, I try to answer as quickly as possible.
