This Suzuki AN400 Burgman has come up for sale here in West Sussex. The bike is generally sound with a current MOT test certificate. There is one important job that needs doing and two minor jobs that if done would make it a it an all round good bike. Electrical items & instruments all working with no warning lights showing. Controls (levers knobs etc) all adjusted correctly. Low general wear and tear & corrosion levels. Bad PointsRear brake bindingExhaust fitting is poor. There is a spare usable original exhaust with dent in connecting pipe that can go with the bike. Seat support gas strut is worn out. The Ride. The bike feels spot-on. the wheels and steering feel perfectly aligned and there are no unusual effects in the handling. suspension or cornering. When cold. the engine bursts in to life straight away. There is no smoke. unusual noise or any other sign of any excessive wear. As the motor warms it settles down to a nice slow tick over. When under way on the road the engine has all the power it should have. accelerating through the gears just as it is supposed to. I cannot find any fault with the way the engine performs. Is the mileage right?The previous owner has signed for the mileage. and the mileage shown on the VOSA MOT test history shows no discrepancy. However whilst I think it is possible that it is right. I have no outright proof. Other. There are no signs of any serious previous accidents in the history or around the bike. There are no other visible faults or damage. Because the bike rear brake is binding I would recommend the bike is taken away on a trailer or in a van.
