for sale is a Yamaha rd400

first date of registration 31. 3. 1977

European import

I do have the papers and nova certificate for this bike so is an easy process to uk register

the bike is in very nice condition

it is not immaculate but not far off

it was recently restored by previous owner and as you can see in the pics it is a really nice bike !!

it does have a couple of small issues that I will list below : small scrape and dent on front mudguard and scrape on speedometer as shown in the pictures ( previous owner fell off the bike after only covering 300km after restoration )no other damage other than the 2 things mentioned above ( no damage atall to bodywork )

there is a small oil leak from behind lefthand side caseing. I havnt investigated and I think it could only be a seal that may need replacing and I cant seem to get the indicators to work. I have had one side working and then I swapped some wires around to try get other side working and gave up !!

I don't think that you will find an rd400 in much better condition than this one!!

I have set a reserve for this bike that I think is reasonable for a bike in such nice condition !!
