This very rare and much sought after 1968 YR2C 350 Bigbear street scrambler has recently been imported from North America where it has spent all its life ?ˆ“ the air is thin and the climate is far kinder to machinery than ours. This and the fact it's only showing 8094 miles and has been in dry storage for the last umpteen years have helped maintain its boyish good looks. PLEASE CHECKOUT THE PICTURES. As you can see this bike is not complete missing the Clutch cable. battery & side panels. Sadly the tyres & gaitors are perished. front brake & clutch levers are broken. BUT NOW FOR THE GOOD NEWS. The bike is every bit as nice as it looks here. The wheels are incredible! - straight with nice clean chrome rims. good hubs & brake plates. Forks & yokes look straight. Mudguards are both solid & very tidy. Tail light assy is good as are the headlight & hangers. Instruments & switches look great. Fuel tank is clean inside and has just minor dents & scratches in the original paint. Carburetors are free sliding off the twist grip. Exhausts are original & solid. Seat is in good condition throughout. Chain guard is tidy. The engine is cosmetically very clean. it turns over nicely off the kick starter ?ˆ“ sounds/feels great & has compressionbut we haven't run it up. REGISTRATION

1. You need to get the bike MOT?ˆ™d.

2. You need to prove the year of manufacture in writing. Phone Yamaha UK customer services on 01932 358000 with the Model. frame & engine Numbers for a small fee they will send you a letter confirming the age.

3. You need to have valid insurance on the bike. You can insure it on the chassis number.

4. Send all this paper work to the DVLA. who will charge you ??55 for the 1st registration & the current amount for the road tax.

5. The DVLA will send you your age related registration number.
