1957 Mobylette/Motobecane AV 51 Motor Caravan French Moped Classic

A very rare Mobylette/Motobecane from 1957 These are simply stunning looking Classic Mopeds. in my opinion the nicest looking of the lot. Motor does not turn. and is probably where the petrol evaporates and the oil in the two stroke mixture gums up the bores and is easily rectified. nbsp;The patina is spot on and really too good to restore. the rear light is broken. I may have one not sure. if I have Iwill supply to the winning bidder at no extra chargethe two rare parts the toolbox and exhaust tailpie are in good condition. tyres hold air but are perished     (I can supply and fit new tyres for the winning bidder about £55 for both) . I am a time honoured Motorcycle Mechanic. having served my apprenticeship at Archers of Aldershot some 50 yrs ago. it starts very easy. These are reputed to average in the region of 300 miles to the gallon. I am downsizing my collection so will be listing more in the future
